Duck Breast Davide
Cognac marinated roasted duck breast set atop a cherry Armagnac reduction served with wild rice, mandarin orange and cranberry salsa, baked yam, and sautéed leek salad.

Smoked Nova Lox, white fish, kippers, romaine lettuce, campari tomatoes, Q's, red onion, bell pepper, avocado, bagels, onion rolls, and cream cheese.
Petite Fritatta Trio
One Caviar and truffle, one smoked salmon and shallot, and one roasted pepper, spinache, and fontina cheese fritatta; my special breakfast potatoes, medallions of filet mignon and lobster, 3 petite berry pan cakes, and a slice of cinnamon/ raisin french toast.
